| Well it has been almost 5 days since I have updated after watching the Bachelor...so here is goes....I don't know what in the world he is thinking? I am shocked that they are not showing more "stuff". I feel like they show what's going on in the house more than the dates. There is no good footage of him with any of the girls. Sometimes I think that he doesn't even know some of their names. I am sooooo happy he got rid of the red head.... she was not good. I actually really like Moana, the nashville teacher, and Susan. I think that he will not make it with any of the girls so I am going to go soley on looks and say pick Susan since she is the prettiest....at least he can say he picked a pretty one and then break up. Don't get me wrong I still love to watch it1
Skating with the stars...lots of fun.... Dancing with the stars....love it.... I think that Lisa Rina llooks amazing!! I holpe I look like that when I 42 or whatever!! Ballroom dancing is sexy... maybe I should have been a ballroom dancer instead of jockey... I'll never know I guess!

| It is time!!!! The Bachelor is back!!!!! Ohh I cannot wait between episodes...last night I dreamed I was on the Bachelor and I tried to get his attention by telling him that I have my CDL... he gave me a high five and that was about it.
Ok my opinions about this years Bachelor..... I personally like Susan and the Canadian Sarah..... Susan is a little more mature and she is beautiful!! She is much prettier than the rest of them. Sarah from Canada is in second because together they ultimately like camping together... I think Sarah isn't thinking marriage so if he picks her it will not last. Susan wants to go to LA and become and actress so if she really wants to do that it will not last either but they would make a very very good looking couple.
Moana,... I like her casue she is playing the game how I would play it... she is not saying wether she likes or dislikes him and saves it all for him to figure out not the girls...
I don't like the red head... she drives me nuts and I hope she gets kicked off... and every other girl drives me nuts too... If I were Travis I would be scared to give a ring cause he didn't choose very good girls!!
Did you notice how much shorter the seasons have become... and due to that they cut out a lot of footage ...which is the problem here.... cause there are so many things that go on between him and the girls thay that aren't showing that it's ultimately going to be a surprise who he picks. We have never seen very cozy scenes or funny scenes between him and Moana... but maybe they never show the fact that those two get along and laugh together all the time.... or Susan for this instance.... we don't see very much... it's all a surprise... What if he picks the red head?? Well they don't show the good footage of her but maybe her and travis have a great time together and we'll never know... OR the Nashville teacher.... she seems catty and witchy at times but maybe they are perfect for each other but they never show those scenes... I am going nuts here!!
Travis.... I think the fact that he is on the Bachelor makes me wonder if he expects this to last and I kind of agree with my friend Doug.... there might not me a diamond after all... and the fact that me likes the 23 yr old college girl and knows she's not about commitment ...hummm I think he's here to have a good time and make out... no real marriage proposal happening for me.
BUT despite all this I love it!!! Mark loves to watch it with me too.. What a great husband | | |
| Last night I watched the movie Crash. Very Good, but not a movie for young eyes. I thought it did well covering stereotypes and racism in our world today. I noticed that the second half of the movie was all the story lines coming full circle with the theme being the ends justify the means... even if someone did something bad they did something good to even it out.
Not much else going on. This week we take off to PA for our friends wedding, lots of driving, but it should be fun!
If anyone gets a chance to watch the reality show Filthy Rich Cattle Drive... you should.... just to see how selfish American rich kids can be... it's pathetic .... the show will blow your mind and you will jsut catch yourself watching it because these young adults are so absorbed in money they can see nothing else | | |
| I am sorry that I have not updated. Mark had the computer in Philly. I went to Ohio to visit family last weekend and then I went back to work this past monday at the highschool. I was able to see John Sproul and Daphne cause they bought a parking pass for school from me. I have enjoyed hanging out at my house, but it has been really lonley without mark around the last 7 days!!
Tomorrow we are going to pick up our ottoman, it's the last piece to our furniture set that we need!! Tonight I talked to my college roommate Kate who was recently married and that was loads of fun, and then I called my best friend Rachel in Miami and she is a second grade teacher. I miss her a lot! I was also able to see my friend Erin Nash today when she stopped buy, that was fun!
When Mark came home I made him chicken noodle soup, homemade bread, and salad... he's been eating crappy foods in Philly....not that anyone cares...but I made myslef chicken and stars with corn on the cobb...=) I also swifered my kitchen floor.... I love cleaning...
Well I am still trying to get a break through with my friend. It is really hard to witness to peers, but I know it will take time!

| Well I am back from a wonderful summer of leading Operation Barnabas.
What a great summer of seeing God move in students hearts and lives. I have not written on here in a while but I want to stay in touch with my girls on the team because I miss them soooo much.
I will write more later but I just wanted to get on and let everyone know I am alive:) | | |
